CL - The Compound Likeness Method
Finding 3-D Similarities in Protein Structures

CL can be used in two ways:

  1. To search the complete structure database for structural similarities to a known polypeptide chain or polypeptide chain fragment.
  2. To perform a detailed comparison of one structure fragment against another.

Input can be from the PDB or uploaded from a PDB file on your local computer.
